Not a coding worksheet. Not a vague passion project.
The studio is designed around a constrained build: students move from project charter to playable web demo, then document decisions, feedback, and evidence. The first module favors Phaser, TypeScript, free default tools, and a clear review process over heavy platforms or uncontrolled scope.

Founder-led
Built by a founder who tests the project path first.
Kids Startup Studio is founder-led. Before asking students to follow a studio process, the founder runs Founder Project 0: a real game project used to validate scope, tooling, playtesting, publishing evidence, platform APIs, and the mentor review model.
- Small first cohort so review capacity stays realistic.
- Tools, costs, AI rules, privacy, and publishing risks are documented before recruitment.
- Students must explain their own work, including AI-assisted work.
